Returns and refund policy

All custom sales are final

We do not accept returns for custom made hairpieces as wigs, clip-ins and customized lace products. Due to the custom nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, all sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy. You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Do not comb, brush, or wash the hair. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to us.
